To ensure optimal service and availability to all clients, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 40% of the scheduled service. No-calls and no-shows are subject to 75% fee for the missed appointment. Any appointment that the client is at least 15 minutes late are subject to cancellation at my discretion and may be subject to 48 hour cancellation fees. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule. ADJUSTMENTS: My intention is always to achieve your hair goals with your best interest in mind. Hair color is an art and not the sale of a commodity. Expert opinion and subjectivity is involved in the process. If you see something that just isn't sitting well with you an adjustment will be performed at no cost to you within 10 days of the original services rendered.
